Warehouses - new and used

We are offering new warehouses with prefabricated structures and insulated panels in various sizes. Occasionally, used warehouses at very low prices can be offered on enquiry.

Fields of Application

Our lightweight warehouses can be used for both private and commerical purposes. From our prefabricated components, this can faciliate the quick installation of a useable and efficient long-lasting warehouse structure. Each warehouse can be individually sized and equipped, through our system design, whilst future expansion is an uncomplicated option.

We can supply insulated warehouses as well as cold and freezer rooms. Be it only the steel structure, or complete building set, we can provide you with all the necessary parts and components so you can assemble your building yourself or with installers. We offer only high quality steel structures and components for your warehouse. It is your decision on how your warehouse is assembled.

Components for warehouses

We can supply the following parts for a completed warehouse:

  • The steel structure in Z or Sigma section profiles.
  • Sandwich panels in all thicknesses, lengths, finishes and colours
  • Trapezoidal or profiled sheets of various thicknesses, lengths and colours
  • Gates
  • Doors
  • Energy saving floor panels
  • Accessories (flashings, screws, profiles, caps)

Types of steel structure

Our steel structure comes in two types:

  • Sigma-section
  • Z-section

The Z-sections are constructed from cold-rolled Z-purlins. The profile has a narrow and wide flange. Its profile type is determined by the width of the building.

Z-purlins are cold-rolled profiles in a Z-shape with a smooth surface. The width of the flanges is either 60mm or 65mm. They are available in various lengths with or without boreholes. The profile can be pre-drilled to measure, whilst the standard material is top quality galvanised steel.

The Sigma-sections are constructed from cold-rolled C-Profiles. Like the Z-sections, the profile type is determined by the width of the building.

C-Profiles are cold-rolled galvanised profiles. The width of the flange is 56mm and are also available in various lengths with and without boreholes. The boreholes can be pre-drilled to size and like the Z-sections, made from top quality galvanised steel.

Advantages of Sigma & Z-Sections:

  • Fast assembly
  • Flexible expandability
  • Easy and economical installation
  • Low weight handling
  • Lower transport costs due to compact packaging
  • All components are manufactured to precise measurements at a high quality standard
  • Cost-effective

Differences between the two sections

Despite the similarities, there are also differences to determine whether the Z-section or Sigma-section are used. For use at normal loads see the following:

  • Width from 10m: C-section (Sigma)
  • Width from 10m or more: Z-section

For the height of the profile, use the following guide:

  • From 140 to 220mm in 20mm increments: Z-Section
  • From 140 to 230mm in 30mm increments: C-Section

For the width of the flange, use the following guide:

  • For 60mm and 65mm: Z-Section
  • For 56mm: C-Section:

During installation, there are the following differences:

  • On two columns and uniform: Z-Section
  • On two or three columns and uniform: C-Section

Energy saving floor construction

An extremely important part of the warehouse is the floor construction. The energy saving floor panels provides heating and insulation.

The floor construction comprise of the following:

  • High quality, accredit extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards as well as the sound element
  • 5-layer composite heating tube
  • Heating circuit
  • Reinforcement
  • Special concrete

The construction process proceeds as follows:

  • Sound element laid
  • Followed by XPS surface insulation
  • Composite heating tube and heating circuit
  • Reinforcement
  • The concrete and compacting of the floor base is done in one operation
  • The concrete surface is smoothed.

Our floor construction can reduce your building time by several weeks. Due to removal of unnessary floor fills that aids moisture enry, the building drying time is accelerated. Heating costs can be reduced up to 50%  and lead to long-term cost savings since it can be built without having thermal bridges 1500sqm. This allows an ideal heat distribution with better humidity in a dustr-free environment.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Construction period can be shortened by several weeks
  • Building costs are reduced
  • Combines three trades (crafts)
  • No top layer (screed) required: the surface is a finished floor
  • Heating installation is cheaper
  • Less moisture: faster drying buildings, and no mould
  • Insulated surface finish
  • Up to 50% saving on heating costs
  • Temperature can be regulated by room
  • Minimal thermal bridging and excellent insulation values
  • Concrete used as a heat storage: thermal mass properties
  • Low temperature floor heating
  • Internal design does not disturb heating component
  • Allows a clean dust-free environment: allergies, showrooms, warehousing
  • Cooling also possible

 Additional features for commercial buildings

  • Fewer joints: can create up to 1500 m2 with ease
  • Compliments other concrete systems
  • Extremely smooth, wear-resistant surface through a top-layer of hard concrete concrete
  • Accessible with heavy vehicles
  • Most anchor depth feasible
  • Tremendous savings in heating costs of up to 50% with high buildings
  • The bigger the area, the greated the time saving in the building phase, as there is no screed to dry

Of course, you are able to build your flood construction independently or simply enquiry. We are happy to advise!
