Flashings and profiles
For your project, we can provide you with the required accessories to assist in constructing your building. Flashings for walls come as U-profiles, external and internal corners as well as drip-trays on request. For roofs, we can offer the following:
wall-connection plates and barge, verge ridge and eaves flashings.

U-Channel Flashing:
Application:
- Surrounding frame for fixing wall panels to the floor
- Lining (windows / doors) for the edges of the wall panels
Sill flashing:
Use:
- Cladding of the lower cut edge of the wall panel and drainage of rainwater
- Plinth finish with drip edge
External Corner flashing:
Application:
- Connection of wall and ceiling parts amongst each other along the exterior of a coldroom
Internal Corner flashing:
Application:
- Connection of wall and ceiling parts amongst each other along the interior of a coldroom
Ridge flashing:
Application:
- Lining the joints at the ridge of the roof
Ridge flashing:
Application:
- Lining the joints at the ridge of the roof
Shed roof / monopitch ridge flashing
Monoroof / shed-roof flashing:
Application:
- Capping for the top of a single-pitched roof flashing e.g. a monopitched roof
Barge board - Verge board
Bargeboard (verge):
Application:
- Lining of the roof-edge along the gable end
Eaves drip - drip edge flashing:
Application:
- Cladding the edges of the eaves of the roof panels
- Fixed against the lower side of the panel
- Steers the water into the gutter
- Keeps water from flowing back on the lower side of the panel
Water deflector flashing - Upper drip edge
Upper drip edge flashing - water deflector:
Application:
- An overhang flashing that allows drainage from the roof panel to the the gutter
- Mounted on top of the panel
- Avoids water from overshooting over the gutter whith heavy rainfalls
- Conceals the foam of the panel (visual cover)
Apron flashing - wall abutment
Apron flashing - roof wall abutmen:
Application:
- Cladding between the roof panel and a vertical surface
Sizes, coatings & material strengths
These flashings can be offered in various sizes and lengths. Usually, the flashings are manufactured in galvanised steel in a coated paint finish. On request, we can manufacture these accessories in aluminium or stainless steel. The strength of material is also freely available to choose from, and can be finished in a range of RAL-colour tones.
