Roof panels are used as combined roof insulation and roof covering. Especially for roofing slabs, good stability is essential, as they not only support themselves, but also have to withstand potential snow or wind loads. In order to create a seamless transition between two roofing slabs, there is an overlapping sheet, the so-called overlap flap. This is located above the high bead of the adjoining sandwich element.
