Insulated sandwich panels
Upon request, we can offer you the entire range of insulated wall and roof panels. Any desired length and thickness and nearly all RAL colours are available.
Insulated wall sandwich panels
The ISO wall panels consist of an outer and an inner layer. These layers are usually made of galvanised steel sheet and have a thickness of between 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm, depending on the manufacturer. The outer and inner surface can be smooth or lined, or have a microrib structure, also depending on the manufacturer.
For special projects we can offer you ISO wall panels with a stainless steel outer surface.
The core of the ISO wall panels is usually made of hard polyurethane foam (PUR ). In order to comply with fire protection requirements, panels with a core of rockwool are used more and more frequently. The advantage of these panels is the fire rating class M0. It is therefore an incombustible material.
Wall panels are usually used with open fastening elements. Upon request, we can also offer a concealed fastening system.

Insulated roof sandwich panels
Insulated trapezoidal sheet panels are the most used panels for roofing. The sandwich panels consist of an outer and an inner layer. These layers are usually made of galvanised steel sheet and have a thickness of between 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm, depending on the manufacturer.
The core of ISO wall panels is usually made of hard polyurethane foam (PUR ). In order to comply with fire protection requirements, panels with a core of rockwool are used more and more frequently. The advantage of these panels is the fire rating class M0. It is therefore an incombustible material.
As an alternative to insulated trapezoidal sheets, we can also offer you corrugated insulated roof panels.
In areas exposed to a heavy stress due e.g. to ammonia, ECO panels are also used, as an alternative to insulated roof panels with a galvanised inner surface made of steel sheet. The inner surface of these panels is made of stucco embossed aluminum foil. In addition, these panels are cheaper than conventional insulated roof panels.
